(Strength) Quickie of the week

20 minutes are all you really need for this work-out and don't we all have at least 20 minutes to spare in the day?  I'll probably do this x2 more times this week w/ some cardio thrown in along the way!

  2. great workout! I'll have to try it tomorrow. Danza Kaduro is such a fun workout song, I used to play it in my zumba classes. love your blog by the way, just found it and really like the mix of fitness, fashion, and life! now following :) if you get a chance to check out my blog I'd love to hear your thoughts!
